Zara andAramex are *******!!!! Stole my parcel worth R4k!

Zara and Aramex are *******!!!! They stole my Zara parcel worth R4k of clothes! They claimed to have delivered it me on the 5th signed by Thembi, mind you my name is NAMHLA LUDIDI! How careless! Aramex is known for being ********s especially since its festive season. I reported this cause what an *********** team. How can you deliver my order to Thembi and not ask for an id that’s just nonsensical! I need my refund with 24hrs! I urge you not to use Aramex, search them on Twitter you’ll see that they have a bad reputation I don’t know why Zara and international retail group would still have a relationship with them! This experience has been a night! Zara am demanding a replacement of my parcel within 24hrs!!!!!!!!!!
