ZARA AND BAD SERVICE

I went to Zara on Saturday to buy a perfume I tested the perfume and took the perfume behind the tester and paid..

When I got home and opened the perfume I then saw that it was a wrong a perfume .. I tried returning it today and they refused to take it .. and they also saw that it wasn’t used and said they can’t help me..

I tried Twitter also said they can’t help me. But here is a thing I’m asking that I took the box of a perfume behind the tester.. let’s reverse the cameras and check everything how it played out.. the workers placed a perfume in wrong section otherwise why would I get take a wrong perfume? It’s not my first time purchasing a perfume from Zara..
