ZARA ABSURD EXCHANGE POLICY

I bought a gift for my wife. Sadly I bought the wrong size. My wife took it back to Zara a few days later to exchange for the exact item only two sizes smaller. All tags were still on the unused and perfect condition blouse. Without the purchase slip Zara refused to exchange the blouse. Credit card slip is no good. A duplicate slip was not available from Zara as they cannot \do that". Today I returned the item and the manager refused to sign receipt of the blouse.
