Zara a ****

Yooo reading other reviews on Zara I’m sooo disappointed 1. I made an online purchase on the 3Sep21 and Zara money went out from my account , on the 12Sep they deducted the same amount again( double debit) . Zara made or accessed my funds without my concern . 2. When ordering it showed that I’ll receive my items within seven it’s the 3rd week now they keep on sending emails for new estimated date I will never ever purchase from Zara. You’re a **** Nd not fulfilling your customers desires. Nxa I’m so ****ed
