ZARA a false impression indeed.

Wow. When you think of ZARA your thoughts are of a pretty good retail offering, Although in store service can often be between pathetic to non existent.So during Covid I tried their On Line. Never again will be such a fool. They have no idea of what's going on. Communications are appalling, to say the least. To make matters worse when you phone a local store ( If they even answer the phones) you will find that their management does not even have a clue in how to help you. ZARA On Line has absolutely nothing to do with the SA Stores. It is an international site, and you end up in the Chat room with an even less informed individual in India. What a sham. Stay clear of this E Commerce site. I most probably will still spend money but only in their retail stores ( with or without any sales assistant help). This has been a terrible experience.
