ZARA a disaster

Zara online experience is a day light *******. i placed two orders one on the 19 June 2020 and another on the 21 June 2020. i have not received my order and when i tried contacting them they keep telling me to wait for the delivery. i have been provided a tracking number but this order is not with the courier Aramex. Their service is very poor and there is no professionalism. Zara online is slacking really!
