zara a disappointment
I had purchased a kiddies shoe at Zara in tygervalley and within less than two months the shoe had torn. I mean the shoe had been worn as little as five times or less. When I got to the store to complain, the assistant manager Salieg Josephs didn't even bother to look at my slip, he deemed the shoe as wear and tear with 30 seconds and referred to me as 'darling' like I am not a paying customer. He was disrespectful, very unprofessional and undermining because I am young. I did not appreciate his tone of voice and the way in which he handled the situation. Zara refuses to exchange or refund the shoe of R400 that has only lasted one month which is ridiculous. Their products are **** and durability ridiculous, to top it all off they have disrespectful untrained assistant managers because they have a shortage of managers as there was NO MANAGER on duty to attend to me at such a huge store. I am very disappointed and plan to take this further. I urge people to not bother spending their money at Zara because they do not value their customers.
