Zara

On the the 26th of January 2021,I went to the Zara branch in Sandton City,where I saw a beautiful pair of shoes I wanted to purchase on sale on the sales floor,I was then told the shoes is old collection and off the system they told me I can’t buy,which was very fustrating,how is the item on the sales floor for two consecutive days but I can’t buy them?????they then called a guy by the name of Lawrence not helpful at all,this is not the first time this happens,and it’s so sad Zara doesn’t even have a direct head office number,if they don’t have long queues and short staffing it’s drama like this
