Wrong garments?

<p>Morning</p> <p>I am extremely disappointed in the level of service provided from staff members at the Zara branch in Tygervalley, or should i say the lack there off?</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a garment, an extremely nice top, at Zara on the 29th of November at 18:30, after standing in the quee for 20 minutes , with one till open, and a lot of staff members standing around helping their own colleagues. When I got home the lady had given me the wrong bag with the wrong items in!</p> <p>Now I have to go back again to correct her mistake for simply not paying attention to the customer in front of her.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean how stupid and not intetliigent can one be?????????????????????????</p>
