WOW ZARA :-(

I had a very disappointing experience with ZARA online. I placed an order on 6 March 2025, and despite the estimated delivery date of 14 - 17 March 2025, till today, 25 March 2025, my package has not arrived. I reached out to their customer service multiple times on X but I either received no response or vague excuses with no real resolution.

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. If they couldn’t fulfill my order, they should have at least issued a refund promptly. Instead, I was left waiting with no clear update. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you’re willing to risk losing your money. I’ll be fighting for a refund from now on.
