WORST SERVICE FROM ZARA

Worst experience ever from Zara Online, I purchased a set 2 of perfumes online and they only delivered one.

Getting a hold of them was a nightmare and when I did they mentioned that they had insufficient stock hence they only sent 1 item??? Then what was the purpose of sending an incomplete order??? why was I not informed that they are OUT OF STOCK??? So I then requested that they replace the item with what is in stock.

They refused instead they told me to go to POSTNET and send the item to them and I will get refund.... Then what was the purpose of me purchasing the item online if later I will be wasting my time and petrol to go to POSTNET!!!! I am super upset with their service.
