Worst service

Worst service…So these guys advertised an item that they ddnt have in stock, I made payment including the price for the item they dont have I later check my emails to see how far is the order only to be told the item is no longer in stock, I called the store to find out when am I gonna be refunded they never responded, Send a message via their Facebook acc but seems like the person responding is ***********…..The order number *** was placed by me from my phone using my App and the payment was also made from my bank account however I placed the order on my wife’s name with the sore purpose of her receiving the order now I’m being told to be assisted They need the person whose name is on the account for security yet I keep telling them I am the account owner, I am not refunded my money and I can’t be assisted….I dont get the **** that’s being run there
