Worst online shopping

I have ordered a few jumpsuits off from their online store. I have placed my order on the 11th of January. It was pending for a whole week before they processed it. Every time I ask customer care they just state they will have a look into it. There is no email address or customer care number you can phone to resolve your matter, you can only use their chatroom which gets cleared every time so there is no reference point. Deliver was to be latest 26th January. Again my order didn't arrive and noe I have to struggle again to find out why. This order was well over the R3000.
