WORST ONLINE SERVICE

i ordered a card holder on the 19th of April they told me delivery will be between the 23rd -29th of April. On the 28th i receive an email saying the new delivery date is Monday 3rd of May!!! are you kidding me Zara!!!!!!!! just for a card holder and this is a birthday gift that i need for the 1st of MAY. I had another issue with you guys when you debited twice on my account i had to sort that out this week and now its this. I want my order delivered on the 29th as you first scheduled.
