Worst experience with Zara and The_Courier_Guy

I had the worst experience online shopping with Zara. I bought items online on the 13th of August. My items were expected to arrive between the 19th and 24th of August but till today I have not received them. I have been contacting Zara about my delivery since the 25th only to deal with rude, useless agents who end the conversation while typing if you ask them questions. Another agent that I deal with didn’t know the difference between shipped and delivered, I had to explain the difference to her because she kept on saying I had received my items on the 18th of August while that was the shipping date. Anyway one of the agents escalated the issue only for Zara to come back me and tell me that I had received the item and send a blurry pdf with a signature that doesn’t belong to as proof of delivery. I told them that was not my signature and they could check my signature from my previous orders the would see. They re-escalated my case today but honestly I’m so annoyed because how can they lie like that?! Also they need to stop using the courier guy to do their deliveries because they clearly doing horrible job at it.
