Worst customer service
Worst customer service ever! I took my 18 year old son to Zara at the Waterfront on the 10 March 2020x He bought a t shirt and a jeans. Upon getting home in the evening my son noticed that the cashier forgot the security tag on the t shirt.
The following morning I called the department that assisted me and explain what happened. Without apologizing I was told bluntly that I should come to the store, which is a 35 min drive from my house or go to their sister store in Tygervalley which is a 25 min drive from my housr, with my receipt and get it removed. When I explained that it will now have to spend petrol money, just to remove a tag due to the carelessness of the cashier, I was told that there is nothing they can do. After asking to speak to the manager, I was kept on hold for 15 min. I had to call back and ask for the manager who’s name was Darren. Clearly he was informed about my complaint. He then basically told me exactly what the sales guy said and ended with a “sorry about that”.
Now I have no choice but to drive to Zara tomorrow morning just to remove a tag, they forgot. I will never spend one dime in their stores again.
