Worst customer service

I placed an order online and there was no movement on the order until I followed up a week later, Samiya from the chat was just answering to get rid of me and said there’s no movement on the order I must cancel and wait 14 working days for a refund, the item is said to be unavailable but it’s listed as available on the site, this is the worst experience, I didn’t expect this from ZARA had I not followed up I was still gonna wait longer, I don’t recommend them at all.
