Worse Service

I had made an online Purchase, on the Zara APP, my order was not delivered upon the day of delivery. I followed up with Zara who had no idea that the order was not delivered. After constantly following up daily, being told they are working on the order,Two weeks later my order is removed with no communication or a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS ON THE ZARA APP
