Wind Jacket that was bought yesterday, when returned today, I was told it was worn, no return!

I bought a man wind jacket on sale on 04/07/2020 12.45 pm for my son, M size and when he tried it on, the sleeves were a little too short for him. I bought it at Zara Sandton. I wanted to exchange it for L size and I wen to Zara Cresta but they do not have the blue color. I then choose another kind of jacket and went to the counter (lady) but were told that the jacket was worn and had lots of hairs in it. I tried to explain that I just bought it yesterday and my son just put it on and take it out, how can it be worn! No, they will not exchange, ****** hell, he can see that the jacket was bought yesterday, how can he said this was worn. Well, I am ****ed off on this. In my life, I had never exchange stuff whenever I bought because I am always very specific on what I buy, I don't like the hassle of exchange and refund. Once I bought a T-shirt for my son at Zara and after one wash, it became so short and I just gave it away. I was ****ed off with this, I took by invoice and walked out, this was round about 10. 15 am this morning, and I told him to keep the jacket. I think this Jacket was a return item and I just took it without checking inside and now I am paying the price. I had tried to go onto their website and complain, they don't even have a complain section. This is *******, isn't it? Where is the PPR?
