Will not accept returned faulty goods

Zara Eastgate sold a sale item that had been worn and laced with perfume. When we tried to return it, they will not take it back. They escalated the matter and promised to give feedback within 2 days but sadly no response has been given. They refuse to take any form of accountability and make the issue like we are to blame. The service is sub standard and dont match up to any of their values.
