It is a global experience of their customer service - not just SA but the world over judging from other complaints - and the experience we faced here at the Mall of Africa. A business like this clearly has as its DNA that it will put short term profits against customer satisfaction. Not a single message here responded to. This level of indifference will catch up with it soon. Fashion is the world of selling appearance. The appearance here is appalling....
