Very worst, horrible and rude customer service

Zara mall of Africa has the very worst customer service the manager that I dealt with was very rude and arrogant had a very bad attitude towards me think the fact that I was wearing flops maybe that's why she looked down on me and undermined me the way she did, she couldn't even care less to explain to me the regulations and the worst part is the fact that you can't return something without a slip even though you are providing the bank card I used and a bank statement showing that I really did purchase the item in their store at that certain date, I would never recommend zara mall of Africa to anyone they have a bad attitude what kind of management do they have that disrespect and look down on clients??
