Very poor service

I did an online purchase with Zara on the 7th of July 2022.Estimated date of store collection was 20th-25th July 2022. I tracked my order and the last action was on the 14th July according to their tracker. I contacted them via chat board morethan 6 times and every day I am being told to wait for 24hrs. I also tried their Facebook platform without any help from them. I am getting frustrated without any help. I'm not sure if this will help but here is my order number: ***.
