Very poor online delivery standards

Ordered on 25 July. Order was due to be delivered 8 July 2024. Today is 20 July 2024. They cannot give me an order update to tell me when it will be delivered, despite contacting them 4 times already. Their help centre is a 'chat', which is completely useless. They cannot give you an answer, refuse to let you speak to a manager, and say that they cannot phone the warehouse. I don't understand how it is possible to be so inefficient. They keep 'offering' to cancel it, with no apology.
