Very bad service

I ordered some clothes online and Zara says that the items will be delivered within that same week of purchase. It is now over 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my stuff. They keep delaying the delivery for the past 3 weeks now. They would move the date of the delivery without letting you know. This is not the first time it happened, I've submitted multiple complaints about how terrible their service are and seems like they don't even look into it at all. I wouldn't recommend buying clothes from Zara.
