Very bad online service. NEVER ORDER ONLINE.

I placed an order on the 11th of December and the estimated delivery date was 22 December 2023. It's the 26th and the order hasn't been delivered and when I track on their website the delivery date has changed to 09 January 2024. This is really disappointing, I can't even find their contact details.
