Veeeeeeeery bad service

I asked one of the staff at Zarra sandton for a particular sneaker i saw online and it was not on the floor, the guy who is lucky i forgot his name told me to look for a similar sneaker instead of the one i wanted after i specifically asked him for a particular sneaker, i then called Zarra mall of Africa but they only pick the phone and put it down again i tried about ten times the same thing happened
