Useless Online Service

Zara have the most useless online service. I purchased shoes online on 28/11/2019 and I still haven't received my order. The courier company doesn't answer the phone, when you use the live chat option from Zara, you are being ignored and when you chat to them on Twitter, you get the standard " we apologize for the inconvenience" response however I still don't have my shoes which means these responses are just to get me out of their faces. My shoes were supposed to arrive on 09/11/2019, 2 weeks later, no shoes or any communication from Zara to advise what's the hold up. It is so frustrating that you can't call anybody and the store will tell it's an online order and there's not much they can do. I JUST WANT MY SHOES, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR
