Useless

Your delivery company amarex is useless and you don't seem concerned. They have had my package for over a week and now they say the tracking number doesn't exist. No clue where my items are. Have asked your online manager at Sandton to request the items get sent to him and I will go collect and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I am sure they will find your package soon. So annoyed with lack of help from both zara and amarex.
