Unsatisfied

I ordered boots from Zara which was supposed to be delivered on 31st of August, after the 31st I honestly thought is would be okay for the delivery to be at least 3 days late and Today is the 14 of September, this is not Satisfying and it makes me even more uncomfortable to order things online and it is a shame that a big company like Zara can not Satisfy customers
