Unprofessionalism and rude

Bought an item and I wanted to return it. They offered card transfer as the one cashier did not have cash I insisted on cash and they moved me to another cashier. The second cashier Lisa refused to do the return and insisted the jacket was not in the same condition (Mind you they were willing to to the refund if it was card transfer and not cash) They proceeded to write on the receipt to ensure I don’t go to another Zara store. Lisa then walked off and left me at the counter for about 10 minutes before returning again to give me their customer service email address with her manager
