Unhappy and disappointed Zara client
Placed on online order 6 days ago, still haven't received it. There is no customer service contact no, only e-mail with no response. Very unhappy, Zara spoiled my christmas

Went to the Eastgate shop to enquire about my order, instead of apologizing, the staff member was rude, in front of other shoppers. No customer service etiquette at all. Will never order online from them ever again. Zara SA get your act together.
