unfairly treated

<p>i bought a demin at zara cresta mall for my sister as a gift and when she fitted it ,it torn .I took it back to the store for exchange or refund and the cashier named Elisa gave me the worse attitude and told me her "shop" doesnt sell faulty clothes and she refused to help me and instead she turned me away and told me to complain online thats if i bought the denim online ,she further told me that she will escalate the matter and will call me within 5 days to day iam still waiting ...CANT JUST LOOSE MY MONEY LIKE THAT</p>
