UNDELIVERED ORDER - NO RESPONSE

I placed an online order on the 3rd of May. I have still not received my delivery!

Zara does not respond to my email enquiries at all. On my FB enquiry I received a generic automated response.

On Saturday I tried the BOT chat, I was transferred to a human who committed to a response within 48 hours. It is another 4 x days later - NO update!!
