UNDELIVERED ORDER
I made an on-line purchase on 2024-01-26 and they acknowledged via an email. From that time the status is sitting on being processed to date. The delivery was written 2024-02-06 or 2024-02-07 . This morning the delivery date has changed to 2024-02-08 or 2024-02-08 but the status is still "being processed" when i tried their chatline they say they can only be able to attend to my query from 09:00

09 Feb 2024, 17:19The chatline consultant named Manish was so arrogant and told me they have a high volume on orders and most products are kept in the warehouse and just ended the chat without giving any assistance. Worst service ever and told me my refund will be PROBABLY paid in 10- 14 working days
