Unauthorised payment

I placed an order on the 27/12/2021 see attachment , this morning I woke up to a bank notification that you took money from my account without any approval with my bank you need to approve the transaction before it goes so I dont know how you managed to take money from my account .

I have never had this problem before with any retailer if this is how you treat your customers then I don't want to buy from you again, I haven't even recieved the order yet you can also cancel that too ... give me both my refunds and I also want compensation for causing me detriment as a customer because the amount you took from my account without my knowledge is my travelling money.
