Unacceptable Exchanges

bought a gorgeous, very expensive outfit for my best friend's baby, unfortunately it did not fit and she went to exchange it for a bigger size only to be told that it cannot be exchanged without a receipt....this is unacceptable!!! It had all the tags on and obviously I did not want to give her the receipt as I did not want her to know what I paid. I will never shop at Zara again!
