Unable to return item

<p>I am a regular customer globally of Zara . I love the brand and have never returned anything as I have never needed to . Until recently when I purchased a pair of leather lumps from Zara Cresta in the 7/7 ,I wore them once and they were very uncomfortable , to the point that I couldn't walk and removed them . I tried returning them on Sunday 10/7, The manager was rude , arrogant and tried to knock the phone out of my hand when I tried taking a photo . I told him I wore the shoes once , but due to quality and comfort and how they were made I needed to return them . He refused to accept the shoes ,! Or lodge a complaint with Headoffice or customer quality . I left disheartened , dissatisfied and with a pair of shoes I can't wear </p>
