Turned away with my child from Zara sandton with "it's our policy!"

<p>My wife was excited to go to the Zara sandton store on Saturday 30th July. She was pushing our 3 week old baby in the pram and I had our 2 year old daughter in the "seated area" of a Woolworths trolley as we had just finished shopping there. My wife went into Zara and I was stopped by security at the front and told "no trolleys allowed". I asked to speak to the manager and "Yvonne" came over. I asked her why I was being stopped from shopping with my wife and was told that it was their policy not to allow trolleys inside. So Zara...... the worst words you can say to a customer, especially when it makes no sense is that "its our policy. Your policy is to stop parents with young children from shopping in your store! I can understand if the store is packed full, it was not. If it was. My wife went and spent over R8000 at another store that was happy to allow us in.</p> <p>A potential customer who will never return and will tell others not to based on my experience!</p>
