Treated very poorly by manager and security guard

My mother is a long time customer of Zara in Sandton City and has been shopping there for many years, since they first opened. Today she visited the store and had her trolley with her, and was told by the security guard that she must leave her trolley outside. She asked him if it would be safe and he very rudely rep**** "No it won't". She asked him if he would keep an eye on it for her and he said no. So she asked if she could speak to a manager. He called the manager over. The manager simply agreed with the security guard and said my mother could not come into the store. She was extremely rude to my mother. When my mother told them that she would like to excalate her complaint, the manager said she can just contact Zara on *** (no such website) because there is no phone number for complaints.

Just looking over the MANY complaints, it is clear that Zara does not care about their customers. After this incident, my mother, myself and anyone who hears about this will assuredly be not be spending any money at a Zara store. Interesting to note the complete lack of any local social media presence for the brand in the country. No shortage of complaints, though.
