Trash service.

Atrocious service. Ordered stuff on 4 December 2023, it's currently 26 December and I still haven't received anything. Sachin from their customer service told me he / she escalated my issue on the 18th December, and I still have not received any sort of communication from those people. Now I'm back on their Chat option, with Sachin AGAIN, feeding me empty promises. It's disgusting service.
