They unreasonably refused to exchange jean size

Good day.<br> <br> I had a bad experience at Zara Cresta store.<br> I purchased 2 Jeans and a belt on Friday afternoon 26 Feb 2016, tried to exchange the Jean on Sunday 28 Feb 2016.<br> The manager tell me he cannot accept the jean because i have removed a tag which has information he needs to tag, I friendly asked he to scan from another jean which he told me is not possible. <br> <br> I feel i been unfairly treated as the jean is still on its original, only a tag is missing and a tag is not part of the jean, is added on the jean for tracking purpose, and i was only made aware of that on the day i am returning. if that tag is that important that a customer can be stuck with the jean, then a customer should be made aware of such when they purchase.<br> <br> I actually cannot believe I am made to type this because of a tag, all i want is to exchange a size 34 jean for size 32 jean and i walk away knowing my favorite store is not trying to trick me...<br> I don't think it is a lot to ask for.<br> <br> And I hope a reasonable someone can be able to assist me...<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br>
