Terrible service at Zara clothing gateway

The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a shirt for my husband in January for his birthday which was yesterday the 25/2 abs it does not fit him and the store refuses to change the size of the item for a bigger one yet It has all tags on. I am really upset with this service and u willingness of the store Ma her to assist. I shop here all the time and have previously changed my daughters clothes when it was purchased just over a month ago as I live in a different city so I don’t come here every 30 days to do any exchanges. Please can you get someone to assist me as I cannot deal with the people at the store. They are extremely unprofessional My details are ***

This meant that It really really frustrated me as I shop there all the time and I travelled over 100kms to get to the store today

I would like to exchange the item I purchased for a bigger size if you cannot refund me
