Terrible service

I placed an order online on the 4th of September for 1 item and I was debited 3 times for 1 item.when I complained on the online chats they advised me that once I have collected my item in store my money will be released but that hasn’t happened.i want my money back !!!! I literally had to transfer all funds from my account to another account because zara kept on debiting. Zara online your service is pathetic I’m so annoyed I want all my money back!!!!!!
