terrible service

I called in this morning at 10:24:22 AM to enquire about a shoe I wanted. A lady by the name of Mmathapelo answered the phone. She was very chicky, arrogant and rude, telling me I can not call and ask for an item with just a description, I need a style number and if i don't have it I must find a way of getting it. Now because i was desperate for the shoe i tried to beg her into checking by giving a description still she was rude and chicky in the conversation. Later after agreeing she asked me to hold, left and left me holding for minutes on end until i decided to give up, called again after about 15minutes the phone was still on hold mode.<br> <br> I then called the Cresta line and a lady by the name of Ntombi assisted me with no hustles, she even provided me with the style number in less than 3 minutes.<br> <br> Sandton ZARA DISGUSTED ME TODAY
