Terrible online support

Their online service has been extremely terrible. Had an order that has mysteriously been cancelled even though it is marked as 'shipped' and I was explicitly told it would be delivered in a couple of days I asked about it via the chat function. I have made inquiries to their email address for over a month now and there is just radio silence from their end.
