Terrible online shopping experience

I ordered online on the 27th of June my order arrived 19 days later and it was incomplete I am very interested to know when the rest of my order will be delivered.

Please don't bother contacting their customer care @zaracare on their socials you will never get a response. I am probably even crazy reviewing because I probably won't even get help with my issue some level of arrogance
