Terrible managerial service at Zara Cresta

<p>With news of the ZARA sale I arrived at Sandton city just hours after the doors opened and spent over R4000, </p> <p>I decided the next day while at Cresta to pass by ZARA to see if there was anything else I'd like, to which I spent another R1600. To which I returned to shop and spent another R1200 on another day.</p> <p>I did not have time to try anything on and was only able to go back to ZARA Cresta a week later to EXCHANGE a pair of pants that certainly could not fit. Unfortunately I misplaced my reciept and was advised by management at ZARA Cresta to get a bank statement highlighting my payment on that day and fill out a form which will be emailed to Head office.</p> <p>I returned 5 days later after to query the situation and was met by an obnoxious arrogant and rude "manager " Bongani who didn't even bother to hear me out and rudely said there was NOTHING he can do,</p> <p>to which he walked away,</p> <p>I had the lady at the till explain that he was in a bad mood after getting complaints from customers all day and that all the staff were being treated badly too.</p> <p>I am going to take this further until this is resolved,especially after I spent a small fortune at ZARA I think compensation and understanding should be given at times. </p> <p>I feel terrible for the staff at ZARA Cresta as the manager certainly sits on a high horse and belongs in a office where nobody sees his miserable face or is effected by his ghastly negative energy.Good clothes couldn't even mask the negative sod he is.</p> <p>Do something ZARA !</p> <p> </p>
