Terrible lady manager

Firstly we get that there’s a strict policy in regards to the excahange and providing a slip of the item , but if Zara is to hire a manager they better have manners , I had a problem exchanging my dress as I lost my slip but the menlyn lady manager was to quick to dismiss my enquiry or cry , she literally walked away just as I stopped talking, if you work with people the 1st thing you gta master is patience , she was just in a hurry to prove her point that he hardly listened .
