Stupid return policy

<p>I am so disappointed that such a fancy shop cannot exchange an item with tags still in place just because you do not have their store receipt, even though you can show proof of purchase with the bank receipt. This is totally ridiculous and a disgrace, the service is ****. There is nothing fancy about poor management.</p> <p>What am I suppose to do with small size pair of shoes, if they do not want to exchange it for a bigger size.</p>
